Yes. QD was built specifically for NC tobacco merchants. Every order runs a two-step ID verification (scan at checkout + face match at door), restricted addresses are auto-excluded, and the full audit log is exportable for ALE or state review at any time.
What if the customer fails ID verification at the door?+
The courier refuses the handoff, returns the product to your shop, and the order is logged as 'rejected — failed verification.' The customer is not refunded the delivery fee. This is a non-negotiable protection for your license.
Can I sell vapor, hemp, kratom and CBD?+
Yes — all NC-legal product categories are supported and pre-configured. As NC guidance shifts, our compliance team updates flags and rules across all merchant accounts within 72 hours of changes taking effect.
