We also run the boring half so you can focus on fittings: alterations pickup and return, try-on rotations across multiple sizes, return-by-date enforcement, and concierge scheduling for clients who can't get into your boutique. Do you handle alterations or just delivery?+
We don't perform alterations, but we coordinate the entire round-trip with your in-house seamstress or a vetted partner — pickup, transport to the tailor, return-to-customer, all tracked and insured.
What's your insurance per garment?+
$5,000 per piece on Boutique, $10,000 on Atelier, and custom (no cap) on Maison. We require a signature + handoff photo on every delivery to protect both parties.
Can you deliver to a wedding venue out of state?+
Yes — Atelier and Maison tiers include out-of-state wedding-week logistics. We coordinate with the venue's bridal suite, time the delivery to the bride's prep schedule, and provide a steam-and-press service on arrival when needed.
Do you offer try-on rotations for bridesmaids?+
Absolutely. We deliver multiple sizes/styles, the courier waits through the fitting (up to 45 minutes), and unselected pieces return same-day to your boutique. Standard on Atelier and Maison tiers.
