Do I pay the 8% on the delivery fee?
No. The 8% fee is only applied to the Store Subtotal — the cost of your products. We do not take a cut of delivery fees or driver tips.
How is sales tax handled?
QD Delivery collects sales tax from the customer at purchase and includes it in your weekly payout. You remain responsible for remitting it to the North Carolina Department of Revenue, keeping you in full control of your tax records.
Are there any hidden service fees?
No. Your subscription plan covers onboarding, marketing, and account management. The 8% transaction fee is the only variable cost tied to your sales.
