What's your maximum insurance per delivery?+
$50K per piece on Atelier, $250K on Maison, and unlimited on Vault (priced per piece). All coverage is underwritten by a licensed jewelers' specialty carrier — we provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Can you deliver an engagement ring to a proposal location?+
Yes — this is one of the most common QD jewelry runs. We coordinate a 15-minute delivery window, confirm the recipient's ID discreetly (often with the buyer present), and use unmarked vehicles. No branding, no scenes.
How do try-at-home sessions work?+
The courier delivers the selected piece(s), verifies ID, and waits up to 30 minutes while your client considers. Unselected pieces return same-day to your safe with full chain-of-custody documentation. Standard on Atelier (10/mo) and unlimited on Maison + Vault.
Do you offer armed couriers for very high-value pieces?+
Yes — Vault tier includes an armed-courier option for six- and seven-figure pieces, multi-location safe transfers, and private trunk-show logistics. Available on request for Atelier and Maison clients at additional cost.
